We teach the Yang style 108 movement form, the pushing hands, the 88 movement applications form and the self defence aspects of Tai Chi. A reference book and video for this will be available soon.
The core of the 108 movement form surprisingly consists of just 4 movements. Some busy people just perform these for 20 minutes for their daily lunch time practice. They find it very relaxing and meditative.
After this we teach the Tai Chi pushing hands which helps you to relax even more and builds up your core strength.
Following this you will learn the two people 88 movement application form. The application for shows you the meaning behind each of the movements from the 108 solo exercise form.
